Verify sender email address
You can change the email address set as the sender in Booking Experts. If you do this, you must also verify the domain.
By default, emails from Booking Experts are sent from the email address noreply@bookingexperts.nl. You can change this to your own email address, see Setting up communication by email.
The domain verification is based on the domain name of the email address. The verification process is important to ensure the safety of email communication and to prevent e-mails from being wrongly marked as spam.
To verify a domain, go to Domains in the organisation settings. Click the domain for which you want to enable email delivery. Click the Enable email delivery button if it is not already enabled.
If the domain is managed by Booking Experts, you don't need to do anything else, we will take care of the rest.
If the domain is managed in-house, click the DNS Status button. On this page you can see the expected DNS settings. You set this with the current administrator of the domain. You can share the status page with your system administrator or technical person if necessary.
