BCC / receive e-mail copy
It is possible to receive a BCC e-mail from all e-mails sent from Booking Experts.
To do this, go to the Administration settings. Under E-mail, check Send a blind copy (BCC) of all outgoing e-mail from Booking Experts.
Don't enter an e-mail address? Then you won't receive a BCC e-mail.
Tip: Create a separate e-mail address for the e-mail copies. Then in your own mail client, create workflows for this. For example, create a folder for booking confirmations, a folder for payment confirmations and so on. Then you can easily and quickly retrieve an e-mail.
Emails from which no copies are sent: Forgotten password emails, reception messages, invitation emails for new Employees/Owners and voucher-related emails.
