Create auto emails

Go to Auto emails and click +New.


Subject

Fill in the subject of the email. This is also the subject the guest will see in their mail.

Message

Type the message. It is possible to add specific tags if you wish. You do this by selecting a reservation property at Add a reservation property.

It is also possible to add a link to a website. It is not possible to add images to an auto email.

Internal name

The internal name is the name you see in the Administration. This can be useful if you have to create 2 auto emails due to filters and you want to give them the same subject to the guest. With the internal name you can distinguish the auto emails from each other. For example arrival mail holiday homes and aakomst mail camping.

Send from

Send from specifies the time at which the mail should be sent. If any last-minute reservations are made afterwards, for example, Booking Experts will check every 30 minutes whether any reservations still meet the filters in the auto email and send the auto email after all.

Sender with profile picture

Sender with profile picture can only be used if the {{ user_with_avatar }} tag is added to the message. You choose the sender from which the mail should be sent. If you do not use the {{ user_with_avatar }} tag, it does not matter which sender with profile picture you select.

Documents

You have the possibility to add documents (attachments) to an auto email. Think for example of a map of the park or park regulations.

Filters

Use the filters to specify which reservations the e-mail will be sent to. You can read all about the filters you can apply in the support article Auto email filters.

Attention! Auto emails are only sent to confirmed reservations.
