Test auto emails and sent emails

Auto emails test

To test an auto email go to auto emails click on an email and then click the preview tab. Choose a reservation and then click on preview. The e-mail will then be sent to the e-mail address you used to log in to Booking Experts.

You also have the option to test the mail after editing an auto email.

Please note: When sending a preview, the filters you set will not be taken into account. This is because you choose one reservation to send the preview for, without taking the filters into account. This is because you might apply filters that do not currently produce any reservations (e.g. if you add a date filter in the future). So then you wouldn't be able to test the auto email. This way, you can always test your auto emails!

Sent emails

Click on an auto email and go to the Sent emails tab. Here you can see exactly which reservations the auto email was sent to.

You can also see in the reservation if an auto email has been sent. At the bottom right of your screen you will see an Auto emails tab. Here you also have the option to resend an auto email.
