Testing and checking auto emails
You can test an auto email before setting it to active. To do this, go to auto emails and click the email you want to test. In the 'Examples' tab, select any reservation, and then click the 'Example' button in the reservation line. The auto email will be sent to the email address you are logged in with in Booking Experts, so you can see exactly what this email looks like for these guests. You can perform this test at any time, even if the auto email is active.
This example does not take into account the set filters and send time, and is therefore mainly a test of the content of the message. This is to prevent you from not being able to test the message because there are currently no reservations that meet your filters.
Sent emails
In the 'Sent emails' tab you will find the auto emails that have actually been sent. Here you can see exactly which reservations have received the auto email. In the reservation itself you can also see which auto emails have been sent to these guests. At the bottom right of your screen you will see a block with three tabs, 'Todos', 'Auto emails', and 'Reception messages'. From the 'Auto emails' tab in the reservation, you can also resend an email, for example if the guest can no longer find it.
