It is not always possible to have all Costs paid through Booking.com. For example, consider the tourist tax. As a result, the guest will receive 2 invoices 1 from Booking.com and 1 from Booking Experts.

It is not possible to send the guest an invoice showing the entire amount as this will be invoiced through Booking.com. Some business guests wish to receive a VAT invoice. You cannot provide these at Booking.com collectively.
