Expected settlements of meter readings

Expected settlements in the Owners module show at a glance which properties still require a meter reading.

By default, the reference date is today. You can change this if you want to look ahead, for instance.

The overview shows the period from which meter readings for each object still have to be settled. It also shows the last meter readings entered.

If necessary, this overview can be filtered by last meter readings before or on date, last meter reading on or after, Rentals with 1 or more labels or objects without 1 or more labels.

Create meter readings in bulk

From the Expected settlements overview it is possible to create meter readings in bulk. To do this, select one or more properties and click on Create settlements.
