Take over Reservation
Should a guest not be able to complete their reservation themselves, you can take over the reservation from a guest. You then complete the reservation in the back office.
To take over a reservation, go to Reservations and then to the tab Not yet confirmed.
Also via the Overview you will see the Booking portal at the bottom of the page. This also shows all reservations that have not yet been confirmed.
Open the reservation in question and click Take over. Then complete the Reservation as usual.
