Attachment text for emails objects/types
It is possible to display additional information by object or type in an e-mail template. This can be useful when communicating a key address, code or other arrival information. This article explains how to include this extra information in an e-mail template.
Add attachment text
When editing the relevant object or type, you can enter attachment text for emails. In this you can include, for example, the code of the door lock or the location of the key safe.
You can add attachment text for emails in multiple languages, so you can send this information to international guests if necessary.
Placing the information tag
After you have entered attachment text for emails at the appropriate object, you need to place the information tag in the email template.
For both objects and types, you can edit the email template in which you want the text to appear and add the information tag for attachment texts.
- For objects, this is the following tag: {{ accommodation.attachment_text_html }}
- For types, that is this tag: {{ rentable_type.attachment_text_html }}
