Administration Settings - Bookings

In Administration settings on the Bookings tab, you can set the general settings for guests. This includes minimum number of nights, default country, check-in and check-out times, or how long an option is valid for a guest.

Minimum number of available objects before "Select on map" is enabled

With the option of selecting an object on the map comes the risk of availability for this specific option. This setting allows you to set a minimum number of available objects before the option to select an object on the map is available. This ensure that the guest has a seamless booking experience via the map.

Default country and language

The default country and language set the automatic options when making a new reservation. If you notice that you get German guests by a majority, it might be faster to set these options to Germany and German respectively, than changing it in each booking separately.

Check-In and check-out times

In this section you can set your check-in and check-out times for each specific day of the week.

Options

In the options section, you can set how long an option is valid when the guests is in the booking process, but has not confirmed their booking yet. The "Maximum number of options per guest" limits a guest on how many potential bookings they can be in the process of.
