Points own use and blocked periods pool settlements

For each pool, you can decide whether to deduct points for blockades and Owners Reservations.

An owner can add blockades himself for, for example, maintenance of the property. He can also reserve the property for himself. You can choose whether you want to deduct points for these blockades and/or owner reservations for making the pool settlements.

Through Owners and Pools you can create a new poule or change an existing one. It is also possible to exclude last minutes from Owners Reservations; the number of days of a last minute is free.

You also have the option to pay out owner reservations in full to the owner. In the case of reservations made by Owners themselves, the rental income is paid out in full to the owner. The other Owners in the pool receive nothing.
