Internal communication with owner

It is possible to send messages to an owner. The owner receives these messages in the Reception messages tab in the owner's online portal. The owner can also reply to these messages or send a new message to the park. In addition, a copy of the reception message is sent to the owner as a notification.

Send reception message to an owner

When you want to send a reception message to an owner, first open the owner and then click Reception messages. Click +New to create a new message.

You can also search for received messages, previously sent messages, and archived messages here.

Communication via the owner's online portal

An owner can click Reception messages via their online portal.

Here, Owners can read and reply to messages sent. The message can also be archived and they can create and send a new message themselves.
