Redeem voucher online
A guest can redeem the voucher while making a reservation. Once the guest has chosen a type, he can redeem his voucher from step 1 in the search & book. The guest then immediately sees the payment status, and whether, for example, additional payment is required or whether the voucher covers the entire reservation. If an amount remains on the voucher, the guest will immediately see what amount this is.
Redeem at other location of the same organization
It is possible to redeem a voucher at another location of the organization. This requires a setting at the organization level to be turned on to allow this. To do this, navigate to the cog icon at the top right and select Other in the right menu. Turn on the Redeem Vouchers between organizations checkbox and save the changes.
Does the guest indicate that the code is invalid? Then check that the guest is copying the capital letters correctly when entering the voucher.
