Period groups

Period groups can function for Costs, Packages, car emails and Actions. For example, do you have a discount promotion that should only be active in the high season? Or if a cost item should only be active in winter, make it a period group. You can also adjust period groups, and the linked cost item, package, discount action or car email will change accordingly.

Combine a period group

It is also possible for Actions and Packages to combine Period groups with each other. If you make a reservation in period X, you will receive a discount in period Y. So you create two different period groups for this, and the same applies to packages.

Multiple periods in one period group

Do you, for example, want a package to apply only on weekends? You can select all weekends in one period group. What is also possible is that you want to send a car email only to Guests staying certain weeks of the year. You can process this too in one period group.
