Remove an object from active rent
If you want an object to no longer be available for rent, you can temporarily or permanently remove it from the listed objects.
Removing an object from active rent
You can remove an object from active rent by giving the current setup an end date via the ‘setup’ tab of the object in question. To give this setup an end date, open the current setup, choose 'active until modified end date' and enter an end date.
To make this object rentable again, create a new setup with the desired start date.
If the object is temporarily removed from active rent and the owner remains the same, it is better to use a blocked period.
If you experience problems because the object still has future reservations, take a look at blocking an object for new reservations.
If you permanently remove the object from active rent and also don't want to see it in the Planboard anymore, you can archive the object .
