Skip periodic Costs

Do you want to temporarily not charge a cost to the owner, but charge it again at a later time? Then you can choose to skip the periodic expense item. The expense item will then appear in the overview of the skipped periodicals. This means that the expense item is saved and is only skipped for the specified period.

Skip periodic expense item

Go to the Expected periodic invoices and click on invoice behind an expense item. You can then click skip. You will then see an arrow with Skipped periodicities appear. You can open this to see which periodical Costs have been skipped.

Do not skip periodical costs anymore

Click the arrow at Skipped periodicals. By clicking on the Do not skip button behind the expense item, the expense item will appear again between the periodic expense items to be invoiced.
