Owners link to periodic Costs

After the periodic costs have been created, it is necessary to link them to an owner. You can link a periodic expense item to an owner via the owners' agreements.

Link owner to periodic expense items via owners Appointments

Search the screen agreements in the owners' module for the agreements to which you want to add the periodic expense item. You can filter this screen by object and/or by owner. Click the agreements you want to change. Then click edit. Tick the periodic costs applicable to this owner.

Does the owner not yet have an agreements? Then first look up the object to which you want to add the owner. Click on the Owners tab and on the +new agreements button. You can immediately tick the desired periodic cost items.

If a cost item does apply, but you want to overwrite the price of the periodic cost item, you can enter the adjusted price at adjusted price. This is useful if, for example, you use a price per m2 and want to set the price for rent per owner.
