Modules in Booking Experts

The lower part of the (green) menubar focuses on the Modules within Booking Experts. When working with Booking Experts, you yourself can decide which optional modules you want to have active. The default modules are:

Dashboard

The dashboard provides compact information about check-ins, checkouts, guests or reservations of the last month. Find out more about the dashboard in our dashboard article.

Planboard

In the planboard, the user can get a better overview of the reservations of properties. The planboard makes it possible to quickly assign guests to other properties or view payments. If you want to know more about the planboard, you can read our planboard article.

Reservations

All reservations are displayed in this module. Here you can see which reservations have outstanding payments or tasks that still need to be completed in advance. More about the reservations can be found in our reservations article.

Setup

Objects, types, costs and price lists can be set up in this module so that they can be used throughout the Booking Experts system.

Guests

All your guests are listed in the guests module, where you can also make changes. You can also add labels to guests to mark them in a special way. For example, you can use the 'Blacklist' label if a guest has not paid after several reminders. Find out more about this module in our guest article.

Financial

The financial module offers a detailed view of your financial situation. For example, all invoices, outstanding payments or bank transfers are displayed here. It also offers the options to create statistics and reports for your income.

Statistics

The statistics module provides an overview of your company's performance and can be displayed using graphs and tables. Read all about our statistics module in this article: statistics module.

Checklist

The module called 'Checks' shows the checklist that filled with tasks that need to be checked during the Onboarding at Booking Experts.

Within Booking Experts it is possible to add additional modules. These optional modules need to be activated by our Customer Succes team in the administration settings.

Optional Modules

There are multiple optional modules, which can switched on and off at any time. The options include:

Discount actions

Discount actions make booking a stay even more attractive and allow the park to create their own discount campaigns. Find out more about discount actions in our discount article.

Meter readings

Meter readings give you insight into the amount of gas, water or electricity consumed during a stay. Based on the consumption, you can send an invoice to the guest or owner. Check out our meter readings article for more information.

Owners

Our owner module simplifies the management of objects owned by individual owners. Apply different commission agreements, manage agreements per object and create monthly settlements.

Packages

The packages module allows you to offer pre-assembled packages to guests.

Point of sale

The POS module is used for the sale of small goods directly at the reception desk. This module does not replace the POS in a restaurant, but can be used as a simple cash register. If you want to know more about our POS module, you can read the POS article.

Todos

All planned tasks fall into the Todo module. Recurring or urgent tasks are created and assigned here so that your colleagues always know what needs to be done.
