Long-term Reservation
When a guest makes a long-term reservation but you want to settle the meter readings with the guest in the meantime, you make a Reservation for the period in question. You can then copy the reservation to the next month. To do this, click on copy in the Reservation via the more button. Fill in the arrival and departure dates and tick copy order. The reservation is then created and can be confirmed.
In order to settle the meter readings, you need to enter the meter readings at check-in and check-out. You can only do this if the meter readings module has been enabled for your Administration. You can activate the meter readings module here. Read more about meter readings here.
Copying a reservation can also be used if you want to settle a long-term reservation in parts with the owner. This can also be solved by setting the commission agreements to overlap. However, if this is not the default for all reservations within the commission agreements, you can solve this in the way above. slack
